About Me

Hello! I'm Victoria Higgins, a fifth year tattoo artist with a BSD in Visual Communication Design from the Ohio State University. The majority of my life as a child to a military family was spent moving place to place but I am happy to call Pensacola, Florida home for the past 7 years.

My background in design has helped to shape my tattooing career to allow me to have a solid foundation in design concepts and the ability to work with clients to get their needs and expectations met in a tattoo. 

Outside of Western Rose Tattoo I am a wife and parent to two children, you may see quite a bit of them in my online presence because I strive to to maintain a balance between the two. When I am not tattooing you can expect me to be at the kids extracurriculars, outside in the sun like a lizard, or working on renovation projects with my husband.
